We are hiring a highly experienced Dispute Manager to handle chargebacks and payment disputes across PayPal, Shopify Payments, and Stripe.
This is a performance-based role. You are paid per successfully handled case. We are looking for a true professional with a proven track record — not someone learning on the job.
Responsibilities
Manage and respond to chargebacks and disputes
Prepare and submit high-converting evidence packages
Monitor dispute ratios and take preventive action
Optimize win rates across PayPal, Shopify Payments, and Stripe
Identify patterns and advise on risk mitigation strategies
Maintain a structured tracking sheet of all cases (status, reason codes, deadlines, submitted evidence, outcome, win/loss ratio, recovery amount)
As we are looking for professionals, you should already have your own dispute tracking system or structured schema in place. Organization and reporting are mandatory.
Requirements
Proven experience handling disputes for e-commerce businesses
Demonstrated success with strong win rates
Deep understanding of processor policies and evidence standards
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Professional reporting structure already in use
