We are looking for a Content Researcher who understands what works in paid social ads — especially on Meta
Your main responsibility is simple:
Find winning content we can turn into high-performing ads.
This is a fully remote position.
You work on your own schedule, but we expect 30–40 hours per week in the beginning.
What You’ll Do
- Source high-quality content from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Find competitor videos we can directly use or adapt for our ads
- Identify viral-style UGC that fits paid advertising
- Analyze why certain videos perform well
- Organize and deliver content clearly to our editing team
- Constantly look for new angles, hooks, and trends
What We’re Looking For
- You understand what makes a video perform well on Meta Ads
- You can clearly explain why a piece of content would convert
- You know the difference between organic viral content and paid ad content
- You are proactive and constantly looking for new winning creatives
- You have a strong sense of hooks, retention, and scroll-stopping
Big Plus If
- You’ve worked with e-commerce brands before
- You understand UGC-style ads
- You’ve analyzed competitor ad libraries
- You think in terms of CTR, hook rate, and conversions — not just views
