We're looking for a results-driven Junior Meta Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. You'll work closely with our team to set up, manage, and
What You'll Do
Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns
Develop and refine campaign strategies aligned with client goals and budgets
Monitor campaign performance and implement optimisations to improve results
Conduct audience research and build targeted audience segments
Research and analyse competitor ads, strategies, and market positioning to inform campaign direction
Design ad creatives and visual assets using Canva
Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing page recommendations
Provide regular performance updates and insights to the team
Collaborate with the wider marketing team on integrated campaign strategies
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads
Solid understanding of Meta Business Manager, campaign objectives, and bidding strategies
Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and pixel setup
Strong competitor research skills — ability to analyse competitor ads using Meta Ad Library and other tools
Comfortable analysing campaign data and making data-driven decisions
Proactive — you spot opportunities and act on them without waiting to be told
A true team player who communicates openly and supports those around them
Takes full ownership of their work and delivers on commitments
Strong attention to detail and a sense of accountability
Nice to Have
Canva or graphic design skills for creating ad creatives and visual content
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Familiarity with other paid channels or marketing automation tools
