Go High Level Systems & Automation Contractor (Project-Based)

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Go High Level (GHL) contractor to build and optimise key backend systems inside our CRM.
This is a project-based role focused on implementing clean, practical systems that support our sales process, payment collection, contracts and automation workflows.

You will be responsible for building structured, reliable systems inside Go High Level.
There is strong potential for ongoing project work for the right person.

We are scaling and require backend systems that are clean, automated and built properly

SCOPE OF WORK (Initial Projects)
We are hiring a Go High Level contractor to complete several backend system builds, including:
1. Sales & Payment Automation Setup
- Build structured sales processing inside GHL
- Set up electronic contracts
- Configure payment plans and deposits
- Build automation workflows triggered by successful payments
- Ensure correct tagging and onboarding sequences

This will apply across multiple products including coaching and course offers.

2. Sales Pipeline & Lead Management Setup
- Build and structure sales pipelines
- Set up lead qualification stages
- Implement tagging and basic nurturing workflows
- Ensure clear tracking and reporting visibility

3. Newsletter & Database Structure
- Set up a structured weekly newsletter system
- Implement tagging and segmentation
- Ensure unsubscribes do not remove contacts from the entire database

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You must:
- Have strong experience building inside Go High Level
- Have built payment workflows and automation systems before
- Understand tagging logic and CRM structure
- Be detail-oriented and organised
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, discretion and data integrity
- Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a dynamic work environment.
- Be reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines

REMUNERATION
- Negotiable based on experience
