JOB OVERVIEW

Porameta is a European "Investment Product Factory." We specialize in sourcing, verifying, and packaging high-value Portuguese businesses (Hotels, Factories, Vineyards) for international investors seeking EU residency (D2 Visa) and wealth preservation.

As we expand our presence in the Philippines, we are looking for a highly capable and versatile Executive Assistant & Digital Marketing Specialist to be the right hand of our Managing Partner in Manila.
This is a dynamic, dual-purpose role. You are the first point of contact for high-net-worth investors in the Philippines, and the crucial bridge between our Manila office and our Headquarters in Porto, Portugal.

When you are not directly assisting the Managing Partner or coordinating with clients, you will take charge of our digital marketing efforts to ensure a steady stream of new inquiries.

1. Executive Support & Client Relations (50%)
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries (Email, WhatsApp, Phone).
Provide clients with brief, professional introductions to Porameta’s services and investment portfolio.
Schedule and manage 1-on-1 consultations and Zoo ---------- etings between clients, the Managing Partner, and the Porto Valuation Team.
Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, emails, and local event logistics (e.g., Roadshows and Seminars).
Ensure seamless communication and data transfer between the Manila office and Portugal HQ.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (50%)
Manage and grow Porameta’s local social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Create engaging content and promotional graphics (using Canva or Adobe) to showcase our European business listings.
Launch and monitor targeted digital ad campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) to generate leads while waiting for client appointments.
Follow up on digital leads and guide them to fill out the "Exclusive Access" registration.
