About This Role
We are not looking for someone to build a funnel from scratch but know how to optimize existing templates or funnels we've used already. We work from proven, high-converting funnel templates inside GoHighLevel, and we need someone who can take existing templates and expertly adapt it to our brand — our colors, fonts, copy, imagery, and overall aesthetic — so it feels completely custom and elevated. The highest priority is your ability to make a funnel ridiculously high-converting and also aesthetically beautiful and on brand.
If you're great at following direction, being part of a team, executing quickly, and making things look polished and beautiful within an established structure, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Importing new and customizing existing GHL funnel templates to match our brand and launch goals
Refining and optimizing landing pages, opt-in pages, sales pages, order forms, and upsell pages within the provided template structure. Ability
Applying brand fonts, colors, imagery, and copy with a refined eye for detail
Setting up automations, workflows, triggers, and email sequences
Integrating Stripe and calendar booking systems (not sure this is necessary because stripe is already integrated)
Designing branded email templates within GHL (do we need this since Het is advising us for deliverability)
Ensuring full mobile responsiveness and a clean, seamless user experience
Maintaining visual consistency across all funnel assets
ADD: Ensuring our funnels are optimized with the latest enhancements for conversion

Required Skills
Proven, hands-on experience building and customizing funnels inside GoHighLevel - you are a GHL expert
Ability to work with existing templates and make them look completely on-brand — not just functional, but beautiful
Strong GHL automation and workflow knowledge
Clean, refined design sensibility with an eye for typography, balance, and visual hierarchy
Ability to troubleshoot integrations independently
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail
Ability to execute quickly without excessive back-and-forth
Video and photo editing skills are a bonus

Work Style & Timeline Expectations
We move quickly and strategically. You should be comfortable completing a full funnel customization — landing page, order page, bumps, upsells, downsells,??emails, automations, and integrations — within 3–5 days. We provide clear direction and expect strong, efficient execution in return. Responsiveness during active build periods is essential.

You have experience working with female-focused or premium lifestyle brands and understand what design resonates with accomplished, professional women. You don't need to reinvent the wheel — you need to take what's already working and make it unmistakably ours. You're detail-oriented, fast, and you take pride in delivering polished work.
