We are a faith-rooted multi-business operation (commercial roofing, virtual assistant services, and growing brands) and we need someone who can make Go High Level actually work ... not just poke around in it. This is a fractional engagement: 1 to 3 months to get all the pipes and wires flowing, then evaluate for ongoing support.
? Required Skills

This is not a vague role. Here is exactly what gets built:
1. Audit current GHL setup. Document what is broken, missing, and working. Deliver a written findings report.
2. Build custom fields: avatar type (Meg / Bill / Kenny / Nance / Val), enthusiasm score / heat index (0–200), material type, solution tier, proposal status, multi-location flag, golden
3. Build pipeline stages matching the 10-phase proposal pipeline from the SOP.

6. Build splash pages for $100/day social media ad campaigns so leads do not evaporate at the click.
