Virtual Assistant – WordPress Website & Analytics Support (Part-Time)

We are a small healthcare practice looking for a reliable virtual assistant to support our WordPress website and assist with basic Google Analytics reporting. This is a hands-on execution role focused on maintaining and improving the website over time.

Responsibilities
• Pull monthly Google Analytics reports (traffic, top pages, traffic sources)
• Monitor trends and flag unusual changes
• Update website content (text, images, announcements)
• Add new pages in WordPress as directed
• Modify existing page layouts and formatting
• Make small design adjustments within WordPress themes/builders
• Maintain Google Business Profile information
• Follow instructions and checklists

Requirements
• Experience working with WordPress (required)
• Experience adding pages and modifying layouts in WordPress
• Basic experience using Google Analytics
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear written English
• Reliable internet and availability

Availability (Required)
• Must be available to communicate during Mountain Time (U.S.)
• Must be reachable Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mountain Time
• Communication may include messaging and occasional brief calls
• You do not need to work full-time hours, but must be responsive during this window

Time & Pay
• 5–10 hours per month
• Flexible schedule within required availability window
• Long-term role
• $8–$10 per hour

• Access will be limited to website and analytics only
