We don’t just need "customer service"—we need an Airbnb & Property Management Expert who understands the mechanics of the industry, moves quickly, and never lets a detail slip through the cracks.

The Requirements (Strict)
Please do not apply if you only have general Call Center/BPO experience. We require specific Airbnb and Property Management expertise.
Direct Experience: Minimum 2+ years managing Short-Term Rentals (Airbnb/VRBO) and Long-Term Rentals.
PMS Mastery: Advanced proficiency in OwnerRez is highly preferred. You should know how to navigate workflows, triggers, and guest communication within the platform.
Operational Speed: Fast-thinking, fast-typing (60+ WPM), and able to handle multiple guest issues simultaneously.

Tech Stack: Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT), Time Doctor, and dual-monitor setups.

Your Responsibilities
Airbnb & Guest Management: Manage inquiries, bookings, and high-stakes resolution cases across Airbnb, VRBO, and direct sites.
Property Oversight: Coordinate check-ins/outs, send lease agreements, and monitor security.
Logistics & Maintenance: Schedule cleaning teams and review quality assurance photos.
Listing Optimization: Maintain and optimize Airbnb listings to ensure maximum occupancy and 5-star reviews.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: Starting at $5/hour (Negotiable for extensive experience).
Schedule: Pacific Standard Time (PST) | Includes Weekends
Paid Leave: Accrued leave credits after 1 year.
Bonus: Performance-based bonuses.
