What We’re Looking For
- Strong written English skills for email/backend support
- Highly organized, detailed, focused, and tech-savvy
- Proactive and dedicated to this role only
- Reliable and punctual during EST hours
- Flexible to work weekends
- Prior real estate transaction experience helpful but not required

Responsibilities
- Manage transactions from contract to close, ensuring deadlines are met
- Prepare, review, and organize contracts/disclosures for compliance
- Act as a point of contact for clients, agents, and vendors
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, closings, and key appointments
- Track communications and updates in Follow Up Boss (FUB)
- Report transaction progress using SISU
- Manage documentation and compliance through Dotloop

Important Requirement
Applicants must provide a supervisor reference, recommendation letter, or Certificate of Employment (COE) before interview scheduling.
