JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full time Adobe Premiere Senior Video Editor with at least 5 years of experience to create 3 to 4 minute animal rescue mini documentaries for our growing YouTube channel.

Pay: $1,200+ USD per month, negotiable based on experience
Full time - Remote - Long term position

About Us
We create short, emotionally powerful rescue stories that document animals being rescued, rehabilitated, and adopted. Our goal is to inspire action and grow a loyal audience.

Responsibilities
• Edit 3 documentary-style videos per week (3–4 minutes each)
• Transform interview-based story outlines into polished mini documentaries by selecting and integrating the strongest rescue footage
• Proactively identify gaps in footage and request additional materials as needed
• Select music that enhances emotional impact
• Add captions and provided graphics
• Perform basic color correction
• Receive feedback, collaborate on creative direction, and suggest ideas to improve retention and overall quality
Requirements
• At least 5 years of YouTube editing experience
• Strong editing and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere
• Reliable high-speed internet and your own editing setup
• Solid understanding of YouTube retention and audience engagement
• Reliable, communicative, and able to work independently
• Animal lover with genuine interest in rescue content
Nice to Have
• Experience with L ---------- and Premiere Productions
• Thumbnail design experience in Photoshop
