Remodel Titans is a US-based agency that helps kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractors dominate local search. We're niche-focused, systems-driven, and growing fast.

The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our SEO team. No SEO experience required — we'll train you on everything. What we need is someone reliable, organized, and sharp enough to follow systems without letting things slip.
You'll be working inside our SOPs and ClickUp workflows, handling tasks that keep our client accounts running smoothly. You'll have a team around you, clear instructions for every process, and leadership that actually supports you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Following SOPs to complete SEO-related tasks across multiple client accounts
- Updating and managing tasks in ClickUp — keeping statuses, due dates, and details accurate
- Assisting with Google Business Profile updates, citation management, and basic on-page tasks
- QA checks on content, links, and deliverables before they go to clients
- Organizing files, tracking deadlines, and flagging anything that looks off
- Supporting the SEO team with research, data entry, and reporting tasks

What We're Looking For
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you don't miss things
- Experience working in ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Comfortable following SOPs and structured workflows
- Reliable and consistent — you show up, you follow through
- Strong written English
- Available to work US Eastern Standard Time hours
- Comfortable with time tracking
- No SEO experience needed — we provide full training

Bonus Points If You Have
- Any exposure to SEO, digital marketing, or agency work
- Experience as a VA supporting a team or managing tasks across multiple clients
- Familiarity with ClickUp and Google Workspace
