High-Ticket Appointment Setter (DM + Phone) – Credit & Business Funding
We are a fast-growing funding company helping professionals secure $50K–$250K+ in business funding.
We are looking for a serious appointment setter who can handle both:
• Instagram / DM conversations
• SMS follow-ups
• Outbound & inbound phone calls
This is not a beginner role.
You must have experience setting for high-ticket offers ($3K–$10K+).

Mission For Infinite Funding Enrollment Specialist
Option #1 - $1,500
To drive $270,000+ in new business revenue annually by generating conversations with NEW potential clients (lead generation) and recouping and re-setting leads who didn’t initially close (follow-up).

Outcomes / KPIs
22,500 in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum).
15 closed sets of our Funding
Generate 60–80 calls per month (approx 3–5 per day) through DM inbound & outbound calls, Skool group marketing methods.
25% minimum “live call” closing ratio.
70% minimum show rate (80% target).
Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
Morning Huddles via Zoom, 9am Monday – Friday.
End of Day report.
Update projections, tracking sheets, and CRM daily.

Base
$7 per hour × 40 hours per week = $1,120 per month

$500 bonus at $20,000 cash collected

$500 monthly bonus if show rate reaches 80%+

Time
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Flexible schedule, provided you generate 60–80 set calls monthly.
Must be available on Slack 8am–6pm MST daily.
Remote position.
Your Responsibilities
• 100+ outbound touches per day (DM + SMS + Call)
• Qualify leads properly before booking
• Maintain 70%+ show rate
• Log all activity inside GHL (GoHighLevel)
• Follow up relentlessly

Minimum Requirements
• 2+ years high-ticket setting experience
• Proven track record of revenue generated
• Experience with financial, credit, or business opportunity offers preferred
• Comfortable discussing income, credit score, and investment capacity
• Fluent English (spoken + written)
• CRM experience (GHL preferred)

KPIs
• 3–5 qualified booked calls per day
• 70–80% show rate
• Clean notes and proper pre-frame before closer call
Low-quality bookings will not be tolerated.

Base hourly + performance bonus:

Comp will scale with performance.
