We are seeking a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to support our healthcare brokerage team by generating new seller leads. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls to healthcare agency owners using publicly available directories such as the CDPH website. Your primary objective is to introduce our brokerage services, identify potential sellers, and qualify leads for our broker.
This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections professionally. You will receive structured training, scripts, and ongoing support to ensure you understand our services, target market, and calling process.

Key Responsibilities:
Use the CDPH website and provided healthcare directories to identify qualified agency owners to contact
Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce our brokerage services clearly and professionally
Identify agency owners who may be considering selling now or in the near future
Thoroughly qualify potential sellers (license status, revenue size, payer mix, timeline, motivation, expectations)
Ask strategic questions to uncover real selling intent, not just curiosity
Confidently handle basic objections and redirect conversations toward value
Set well-qualified follow-up calls or appointments for our broker
Enter detailed, accurate notes into the CRM immediately after each call
Keep the CRM organized and updated with clear lead status and next steps
Provide consistent daily activity and performance updates
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B outbound sales
Strong English communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice
Ability to build quick rapport and ask strategic qualifying questions
Comfortable handling objections and navigating rejection professionally
Detail-oriented and disciplined with accurate note-taking
Experience using CRM systems and maintaining organized lead records
Self-motivated and results-driven, not just activity-driven
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Available to work during U.S. business hours
Experience in business brokerage, real estate, or healthcare is a strong plus
