We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiting Expert to help us attract exceptional caregivers, administrative staff, and leadership talent across multiple locations. If you thrive in a mission-driven environment and love connecting people with purposeful work, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do
• Lead full cycle recruitment for caregiver and support roles across multiple Comfort Keepers territories.
• Partner with company management and staff to define staffing needs and recruitment strategy.
• Source caregivers and other candidates using creative online strategies, job boards, social media, referral programs, and community networks.
• Conduct virtual interviews/screenings and assess candidate qualities such as compassion, reliability, and alignment with the Comfort Keepers mission.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future staffing needs.
• Improve remote hiring processes, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting on recruitment activity.
• Ensure a warm, engaging, and mission aligned candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with management and operations teams on recruiting campaigns and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist—healthcare or caregiving recruitment experience is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to identify, attract, and screen caregiving talent for in home care roles.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort interviewing/screening via phone and video. C2 English Mastery a must. Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions while meeting deadlines.
• Experience working in a remote environment with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as Indeed, Facebook, and other social media channels.
• Passion for serving seniors and improving quality of life through compassionate care.

• Understanding of senior care, home care, or healthcare hiring compliance.
