Stay Vigilant LLC is a U.S.-based credit repair and financial education company seeking a Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to join our remote team. This role is responsible for reviewing credit reports, managing disputes, communicating with clients, and maintaining strict compliance with U.S. credit laws.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and understands the importance of accuracy and compliance when handling sensitive consumer credit data.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
Identify negative items such as inaccuracies, collections, charge-offs, late payments, and inquiries
Draft, submit, and track disputes using Credit Repair Cloud
Follow up on disputes and ensure timelines are met
Communicate with clients through Go High Level CRM
Explain credit repair concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language
Provide updates to clients regarding dispute progress
Document all disputes and client interactions accurately
Maintain strict compliance with FCRA, FDCPA, and CROA
Protect and handle sensitive client information responsibly
Assist with credit and funding research (as assigned)
Support moderation and management of the company
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of credit reports and the credit repair process
Familiarity with Credit Repair Cloud
Familiarity with Go High Level CRM
Strong understanding of FCRA, FDCPA, and CROA
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to follow SOPs and compliance guidelines
Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security
Preferred Skills
Experience working with U.S.-based credit repair clients
Understanding of FICO and VantageScore scoring models
CRM automation experience
Customer service or client support background
Remote work experience
