Job Title:

Part-Time Automation Engineer & Marketing Systems Developer (Python + CRM + AI Workflows)

Job Type:

Part-Time (20 hours per week, ongoing long-term role)

About Us:

We are a fast-growing mortgage and media company building automation systems across marketing, CRM, lead generation, and content production. We are looking for a skilled automation engineer to help design and build scalable workflows that integrate multiple platforms and improve operational efficiency.

This is a long-term position with growth opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Difalow, OpenClaw, Zapier, and CRM systems
• Write custom scripts in Python for API integrations and workflow automation
• Integrate multiple platforms (CRM, email marketing, YouTube automation tools, blog systems, newsletters)
• Automate newsletter distribution and blog publishing workflows
• Assist with YouTube automation systems (upload flows, metadata, distribution)
• Build email follow-up sequences and automation logic
• Help program and customize CRM systems
• Teach and document workflows so the business owner understands the systems
• Create SOPs for automation processes

Required Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with API integrations
• Experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms
• CRM customization experience
• Understanding of email marketing automation
• Experience integrating multiple SaaS platforms
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to teach and explain technical concepts clearly

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI automation tools
• Experience building workflow systems for marketing businesses
• Experience with YouTube automation workflows
• Knowledge of SEO blog automation
• Experience with newsletter automation platforms
