We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales & Conversion Specialist to manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and close deals. This is a revenue-generating role. You are responsible for converting opportunity into signed clients. You will be responsible for:
• Website form submissions
• SEO service inquiries
• Scheduled discovery calls
• Phone inquiries
• Follow-up sequences
• Past lead reactivation
• Referral opportunities
You will qualify, nurture, present, and close deals. You must speak clear, professional English and be confident presenting services to U.S.-based business owners.
Core Responsibilities
1. Inbound Lead Response
? Respond to inbound leads within 5–15 minutes during U.S. hours

2. Discovery & Sales Conversations

? Re-engage cold leads

Required Qualifications
? 2+ years inside sales experience
? Experience closing service-based offers
? Proven track record of conversion success
? Clear, fluent English speaking ability
