JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based organization building a world-class, AI-powered "Grant Factory." Our system is designed to produce **25+ high-quality grant proposals every single month.** We are looking for a brilliant Grant Researcher from the Philippines to be the intelligence officer of our team.

**This is not a normal research job.** You will NOT be manually searching for grants. Our AI engine does 90% of the work, scanning 15,000+ funders 24/7. Your job is to be the human expert who directs the AI and finds the perfect targets.

**YOUR MISSION:**

* Use our proprietary AI platform to identify and qualify the best grant opportunities.
* Compile data packages and research to support the writing team.
* Manage the grant pipeline in Airtable, ensuring our factory never runs out of targets.

**THE OFFER & INCENTIVES:**

We offer two compensation models. You choose what works for you.

**Option 1: The Partner (Low Base, High Bonus)**
* **Base Salary:** $7/hr
* **Massive Bonus Potential:** Earn up to an extra **$3,000+ per month** based on team performance. Our bonus structure is shared across the team.

**Option 2: The Professional (High Base, Lower Bonus)**
* **Base Salary:** $10/hr
* **Standard Bonus:** A smaller bonus pool based on team performance.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* 2+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related field.
* A curious and relentless mindset. You love digging for information.
* Excellent English and strong organizational skills.
