JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based organization with a set of **unfair advantages** in the grant funding world. We have built a proprietary, white-labeled AI platform that automates 90% of the grant writing process, and we have deep partnerships with universities and political support that give our proposals an edge.

We are not looking for employees. We are looking for **business partners** to operate this system and produce **25+ winning proposals per month.**

**With our AI engine, producing 25+ grants a month is less work than writing 5 grants the old way.** This is a high-leverage, high-reward opportunity for the right person.

**YOUR MISSION:**

* Lead a 3-person team (you, a Researcher, a Writer) to hit the 25+ grant/month target.
* Use our proprietary AI platform to direct the creation of winning grant proposals.
* Provide the final 10% of human strategy, narrative polish, and expert review to ensure every proposal is a masterpiece.

**THE OFFER & INCENTIVES:**

We offer two compensation models. You choose what works for you.

**Option 1: The Partner (Low Base, High Bonus)**
* **Base Salary:** $10/hr
* **Massive Bonus Potential:** Earn up to an extra **$5,000+ per month** based on performance. Our bonus structure includes:
* $25 for every grant submitted on time
* $500 - $5,000 for every grant that is won (tiered by award size)
* $1,000 monthly bonus for hitting the 25+ grant target
* $500 quarterly retention bonus

**Option 2: The Professional (High Base, Lower Bonus)**
* **Base Salary:** $15/hr
* **Standard Bonus:** A smaller bonus pool based on team performance.

We are looking for partners who want to bet on themselves, but we are flexible. We want the best talent, period.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* 3+ years of grant writing experience, preferably with US federal or foundation grants.
* An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to win.
* Exceptional English writing and strategic thinking skills.
