We are seeking a results-driven Customer Retention and Sales Specialist to handle inbound customer inquiries, manage refund requests, and convert potential cancellations into retained revenue.
This is a performance-based role focused on objection handling, value reinforcement, and upselling services. You will play a direct role in protecting company revenue while delivering professional, solution-oriented support.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls, chats, and
* Convert cancellations into retained sales whenever possible
* Overcome objections and confidently communicate service value
* Identify upsell opportunities
* Meet or exceed retention and revenue KPIs
* Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
Qualifications
* 3+ years of sales, retention, or high-performance customer service experience
* Proven success in save-the-sale or objection handling
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Comfortable working toward performance metrics
