We’re seeking an experienced, analytical, and creative Macro Influencer Outreach Specialist to help scale our fast-growing
streetwear brand.
This is more than just an outreach; we want someone who understands youth culture, knows how to build authentic
relationships, communicates clearly (written and spoken), and is committed to delivering quality influencer partnerships
that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily outreach and relationship-building with influencers and creators, ensuring clear and professional
communication at all times.
Proactively scout and identify emerging, culturally relevant talent that embodies our streetwear aesthetic and resonates
with our target audience.
Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end, including negotiation, briefing, and nurturing long-term relationships.
Develop and maintain a detailed tracker of influencer outreach, partnerships, performance history, and affiliate activities.
Monitor and motivate affiliate partners to drive engagement, ensure consistent performance, and encourage higher
conversion rates.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) with a focus on continuous
optimization.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure influencer and affiliate initiatives are aligned with brand objectives and
campaign goals.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on macro influencer marketing experience, ideally in fashion or streetwear.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Clear, persuasive, and professional.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a strong analytical mindset.
Deep understanding of youth culture, streetwear trends, and the influencer landscape.
Patient, diligent, and committed to sourcing quality influencers, not just quantity.
A proven ability to track and document previous campaigns, results, and learnings.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
An existing network of influencer contacts or a clear strategy for sourcing culturally aligned, high-quality talent quickly.
Cultural awareness and an instinct for trend-spotting.
A patient, thoughtful approach to vetting influencers to ensure brand alignment.
