We’re hiring a Business Manager to the CEO to protect the CEO’s time and run the commercial operating system (sales + marketing execution + follow-through). This is a high-trust role for someone who builds systems, drives cadence, and executes independently.

Mission:
Free up 30–40 hours per week of the executives time by:
Eliminating manual work
Building systems that prevent repeat problems
Owning execution across business and personal admin
Acting as a thinking partner (not a task taker)
Responsibilities:
1) Executive Support + Time Protection
Manage calendar architecture (priorities, buffers, meeting rules)
Gatekeep requests and protect focus time
Prepare pre-call briefs and agendas
Own post-call actions: notes, tasks, follow-ups (no reminders needed)
Create an “inbox zero” system and smart notifications
2) RevOps + Sales Operating Discipline
Keep CRM clean and accurate (pipeline stages, notes, next steps)
Track lead response times and follow-up SLAs
Own proposal follow-ups and booking flow
Prep weekly pipeline reviews and status updates
Log lost deal reasons and monitor stage ageing
3) Marketing Ops (Execution Control)
Ensure content and campaigns actually ship (calendar adherence)
Coordinate agencies/freelancers and track deliverables
Collect inputs, chase approvals, and keep timelines moving
Collate simple weekly performance snapshots
4) AI + Automation + Systems
Turn voice notes and rough direction into clear tasks and execution
Use AI to draft, summarise, and systemise work
Build SOPs as you go (documentation is part of the job)
Build and maintain automations (Zapier/Make/GoHighLevel)
5) Personal Admin (light but consistent)
Travel planning with saved preferences (flights, itineraries, bookings)
Handle recurring life logistics and backlog admin
Manage “annoying but important” tasks reliably (insurance, renewals, etc.)
Skills & Qualifications:
High autonomy: clarify once, then run with it
Systems-minded: you prevent problems, not just react to them
AI-first: you use AI to reduce workload and speed execution
Strong tools capability:
Google Sheets/Excel (filters, formulas, basic dashboards)
Calendar + inbox systems
CRM: GoHighLevel / HubSpot / Pipedrive
Zapier / Make (or similar)
Canva (fast, brand-safe visuals)
Client-facing confidence (Zoom + WhatsApp)
Discreet, reliable, and comfortable with sensitive information
Work Environment
Must be based in the Philippines
Home-based with stable internet and own computer
