The Company: Anything Supplies and SALS3
Anything Supplies is rapidly growing as "The Supply Giant Behind Your Business", a dynamic B2B wholesale and global sourcing platform. Having secured our lead pipeline, we are now seeking a proven closer and relationship builder to take ownership of high-value client accounts. We specialize in providing bulk supply solutions across an enormous range of categories, from building materials and industrial hardware to medical supplies and electronics.

Your Mission
You will be the primary revenue driver for Anything Supplies. Your role is twofold: Close the qualified leads generated by our Lead Gen team, and then Nurture and Expand those closed accounts to maximize repeat bulk orders. You will manage the entire post-qualification sales cycle, from negotiation to closing and account retention.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Closing & Negotiation (The Closer):
Take ownership of high-quality Quote Requests (SQLs) generated by the SDR team.
Conduct deep-dive discovery and final sales calls with procurement managers, business owners, and C-level executives.
Manage the entire pricing negotiation process, ensuring deals are structured for mutual profitability and long-term partnership.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets based on bulk order closures.

2. Strategic Account Management (The Relationship Builder):
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client accounts, becoming their trusted sourcing advisor.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, including upselling higher-margin products and cross-selling across our diverse catalog.
Manage the post-sale relationship, ensuring client satisfaction and securing consistent, predictable repeat business.
Develop strategic account plans to grow the yearly volume and value of your assigned client portfolio.

3. Pipeline and Operations:
Accurately forecast monthly sales, pipeline health, and revenue using our CRM (Go High Level and other platforms).
Collaborate closely with the Lead Generation and SDR teams to optimize the quality of incoming leads and streamline the quote-to-cash process.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of proven, full-cycle B2B sales experience (Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar closer role). Experience in wholesale, sourcing, supply chain, or industrial sales is a significant advantage.

Closing Record: Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding high sales quotas.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the gravitas required to negotiate complex deals with high-level B2B decision-makers.

B2B Acumen: Deep understanding of procurement cycles, bulk ordering logistics, and managing long-term business relationships.

Tools: Highly proficient with CRM software (Go High Level/HubSpot/Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel for tracking and deal analysis.

Compensation and Rewards
Competitive Base Salary: We offer a base salary of 35,000 PHP per month.
Commission: Significant variable commission tied directly to Closed Revenue and a lucrative accelerator structure rewarding Account Growth and Repeat Business.
