Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Appointment Setter with a proven background in staffing or recruitment agencies. This role is focused on outbound prospecting to decision-makers in the US and UK markets, introducing our services, and booking qualified sales meetings.
IMPORTANT: This role is strictly for candidates with prior experience in a staffing, recruitment agency, or talent solutions environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn, and
Leverage prior staffing/recruitment experience to confidently position talent solutions
Engage founders, CEOs, CTOs, and HR leaders
Qualify leads based on hiring needs, urgency, and fit (tech/startup focus)
Book qualified meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and follow-ups
Consistently hit weekly/monthly meeting targets
Nurture leads and re-engage inactive prospects
Must-Have Qualifications (Strict Requirements):
3+ years of outbound B2B sales / SDR / appointment setting experience
Proven experience working in a staffing agency, recruitment firm, or RPO environment (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Experience selling or supporting staffing, recruitment, or talent solutions services
Exposure to US or UK market outreach
Strong understanding of hiring processes, talent needs, and client acquisition in staffing
Excellent English communication and objection-handling skills
Experience using CRM and outbound tools (e.g., LinkedIn, dialers, sequencing tools)
Ability to work US business hours
Considerations:
Experience in IT/Tech staffing or offshore hiring models
Background in SaaS, startups, or tech sales
Familiarity with AI-powered outreach tools
Experience in lead nurturing and reactivating stalled opportunities
