About the Role
We are a US-based multi-channel ecommerce company selling on:
• Amazon (FBA & FBM)
• Walmart Marketplace (WFS & FBM)
• eBay
We are hiring a full-time Operations Manager to oversee and manage our remote VA team.
This role is focused on:
• Hiring
• Training
• Managing
• Improving systems
• Ensuring accountability
This is not a task-based VA position.
Responsibilities
• Hire and screen VAs
• Assign and monitor daily tasks
• Create and improve SOPs
• Track weekly KPIs
• Audit work for quality
• Communicate issues clearly
• Replace underperforming tea
Your goal is to build structure and reduce owner involvement in daily operations.
Required Experience
You must have:
• Experience managing at least 2 remote VAs
• Experience using task management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
• Experience working inside Amazon Seller Central
• Strong written English
• Strong accountability
Bonus if you understand Walmart Seller Center and eBay.
