Allied Health Consulting partners with dental and allied health clinics across Australia to build structured, scalable growth systems. We operate as the outsourced digital and analytics department for multiple clinics, focusing on long-term organic visibility, conversion optimisation, and predictable patient acquisition.

Role Summary

Your responsibility is to build and optimise websites, execute suburb-based SEO strategies, manage Google Business Profiles, and improve website conversion pathways. This is an outcome-driven role focused on rankings, traffic growth, calls, bookings, and review performance. The role is growth based and will evolve as you evolve!

Core Responsibilities

Website & Architecture

Maintain scalable multi-clinic websites
Build and optimise service, location, team, and FAQ pages
Ensure internal linking and navigation support SEO and user flow
Maintain accurate clinic information and booking pathways

Landing Pages & Conversion Optimisation

Build high-converting landing pages for priority services (e.g. emergency, Invisalign)
Improve CTAs, layout clarity, trust signals, and mobile UX
Align design with service urgency and user intent

Local SEO Execution

Manage on-page SEO: metadata, headers, schema basics
Conduct suburb-level competitor and gap analysis
Implement structured content updates to improve rankings
Maintain internal linking strategy across clinics

Google Business Profile Management

Optimise and monitor all clinic listings
Maintain NAP accuracy, categories, services, and media
Protect against duplicate listings or incorrect edits
Improve map-pack visibility and engagement

Blog & Content SEO

Build suburb + service-based content roadmap
Write or manage SEO-aligned content production
Use blogs to strengthen authority and internal linking

Technical SEO & Performance

Monitor speed, indexing health, crawl issues, and broken links
Maintain mobile-first usability
Ensure booking forms, click-to-call, and UX elements function consistently
Execute monthly technical health checks

Core Deliverables

Monthly SEO and website improvement plan (per clinic)
Fully optimised service and location pages
Campaign landing pages built and maintained
Google Business Profiles managed and tracked
Review system implemented with reporting
Monthly SEO performance report (traffic, rankings, conversions, issues)
Technical website health checklist completed monthly

Success Metrics

Improved local rankings (organic + map pack)
Growth in non-paid traffic per clinic
Increased call and booking conversion rates
Growth in Google Business interactions
Consistent review volume and rating stability
Improved site speed and reduced technical issues

Required Skills

Strong Local SEO experience (Australian market preferred)
WordPress proficiency (multi-site architecture experience preferred)
Conversion rate optimisation knowledge (healthcare experience advantageous)
Google Business Profile management expertise
On-page SEO and internal linking strategy
GA4 and Google Search Console familiarity
Basic schema and technical SEO diagnostics
Ability to write or manage SEO-driven content

Working Environment

Full-time commitment aligned with Australian business hours
Remote role with structured reporting
Regular alignment meetings with marketing and clinic leadership
