JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a part-time / full-time Email Designer to build clean, conversion-focused marketing emails. You’ll take our written copy and turn it into polished email layouts using Adobe Illustrator (not Canva), then upload and launch campaigns in Klaviyo.

— What you’ll do —

Design marketing emails in Adobe Illustrator using our copy and brand references
Turn copy blocks into strong, simple layouts (headlines, sections, buttons, product blocks)
Prepare assets for email (optimized images, correct sizing, consistent typography)
Build and launch campaigns in Klaviyo (upload assets, layout blocks, links, QA)
Follow our brand style and improve consistency over time

— Must-have skills —

Strong Adobe Illustrator experience (required)
Familiar with email layout best practices (mobile-first, readable hierarchy)
Klaviyo experience (campaign setup + sending / scheduling)
Can follow copywriting directions exactly and format it cleanly
Detail-oriented QA (links, spacing, mobile view, image weight)

— Nice-to-have —

Experience designing for eCommerce / DTC brands
Basic HTML understanding (not required)
Experience with flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase)

— Working style —

You deliver: designed emails + Klaviyo-ready campaign builds
