Senior Media Buyer — Meta Ads & Google Ads (Full Time)
We are currently looking for a highly skilled, experienced full-time Media Buyer to manage:
• Our internal Meta Ads campaigns (Food Truck Coach)
• Google Ads lead generation campaigns for our clients
This is a results-driven role where performance and outcomes matter more than activity.
You will be responsible for generating consistent, profitable enquiries through paid advertising and fully owning campaign performance.
Experience and proven results are a MUST.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a specialist in BOTH Meta Ads AND Google Ads
• Must have proven lead generation results
• Must be available full-time Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AEDT (Australian business hours)
• Must be responsive during Australian business hours
• This is a performance and accountability-based role
We are not looking for junior media buyers or general marketers.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
1. Meta Ads (Agency Growth – Food Truck Coach)
• Manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns for our business
• Generate qualified inbound leads and booked calls
• Test creatives, hooks, audiences and offers
• Improve cost per lead and conversion performance
• Scale campaigns safely once performance is proven
• Work closely with internal team on funnel and offer optimisation
You fully own Meta performance for the agency.
2. Google Ads (Client Lead Generation)
• Launch, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for clients
• Build and manage Search campaigns (primary focus)
• Use Performance Max and Display when appropriate
• Conduct keyword research and campaign structuring
• Write and test ad copy
• Optimise for lead quality and cost efficiency
• Scale campaigns once targets are achieved
• Rebuild campaigns when performance drops
You are responsible for ensuring campaigns produce results, not just managing them.
3. Lead Generation Ownership & Performance
• Deliver consistent enquiry volume
• Maintain efficient cost per lead
• Identify conversion bottlenecks
• Improve lead quality
• Ensure campaigns remain profitable and scalable
4. Tracking & Technical Accuracy
• Set up and verify conversion tracking
• Ensure accurate attribution (forms, calls, booked calls)
• Troubleshoot tracking issues with internal technical team
• Ensure campaigns are fully measurable
5. Scaling & Growth
• Increase ad spend once performance stabilises
• Scale campaigns safely
• Identify opportunities to improve results
• Adjust strategy based on performance data
6. Reporting & Communication
• Monitor campaigns daily
• Provide weekly performance reporting
• Track:
• Enquiry volume
• Cost per enquiry
• Conversion rate
• Campaign efficiency
• Communicate professionally with clients via WhatsApp during AEDT hours
• Collaborate with internal team (web developer, technical team, CSM)
Working Requirements
• Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
• Available 9am–5pm Australian AEDT
• Able to manage multiple ad accounts simultaneously
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
Required Experience
• Proven results managing Meta Ads AND Google Ads (minimum 2 years full-time experience)
• Strong lead generation experience
• Experience with local service businesses or agencies
• Deep understanding of campaign optimisation
• Strong conversion tracking knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot underperforming campaigns
• Professional written English

• Scaling campaigns profitably
• Experience working with international clients
