JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian performance marketing agency working with roofing and home improvement companies. We generate qualified leads using Facebook and Google Ads and manage the entire CRM and automation system through GoHighLevel.

We are looking for an experienced operator who can:

• Run and optimise paid ads
• Build automation systems inside GoHighLevel
• Build and edit WordPress websites and landing pages

This is not an entry level role. We are not looking to train from scratch. You must have real experience managing ad spend, building automations, and creating conversion focused websites.

Your Responsibilities

Media Buying
• Launch and manage Meta lead generation campaigns
• Launch and optimise Google Search campaigns
• Test creatives and copy
• Monitor performance daily
• Reduce CPL and improve lead quality

GoHighLevel Automation
• Build funnels inside GHL
• Create pipelines and opportunity stages
• Build SMS and email automation workflows
• Set up missed call text back systems
• Connect Facebook lead forms into ----------
• Ensure proper tracking and reporting

WordPress Website Building
• Build simple, high converting service websites
• Build landing pages for Google Ads
• Optimise pages for speed and mobile
• Connect forms to GHL
• Install and configure themes and plugins
• Basic on page SEO setup
