We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Assistant to help manage and grow our online buy-and-sell page specializing in video game in-game items. This is an ongoing role ideal for someone familiar with gaming communities and online marketplace dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
-Posting daily buy/sell ads across relevant groups and platforms
-Messaging and coordinating with suppliers to source in-demand items
-Maintaining and Growing our business page (Social Media Posts, Comments)
-Fulfilling daily order requirements and ensuring timely delivery to customers
-Responding to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally
-Proactively identifying new groups, communities, and platforms to expand our reach
-Taking initiative to follow up with inactive customers and re-engage potential buyers
-Anticipating stock shortages and coordinating with suppliers before items run out
-Managing inventory lists and tracking stock availability
-Handling price negotiations and closing deals with buyers/suppliers
-Monitoring competitor pages and market pricing trends
-Collecting and organizing customer feedback and reviews
-Reporting daily activity summaries (orders processed, ads posted, messages sent)
-Suggesting improvements to workflows, ad strategies, and customer experience without being asked
Ideal Candidate:
-A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do — you spot opportunities and act on them
-Familiar with video game in-game item trading (Roblox, Fortnite, etc.)
-Strong communication skills and fast response time.
-Experience managing social media or marketplace pages
-Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
-Available for daily tasks with consistent schedule
-Social Media Post designing skill is an added advantage.
