Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and confident Cold Callers to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential business clients, introducing our cybersecurity software solutions, and setting appointments or generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective business clients

Present and explain our cybersecurity solutions clearly and confidently

Identify decision-makers and qualify leads

Schedule appointments or demos for senior sales representatives

Maintain accurate call logs and notes in our CRM

Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets

Requirements

Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience preferred

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable handling objections and rejection

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Self-motivated and target-driven

Compensation Structure

$3 per hour base pay

Commission on closed deals (details discussed during interview)
