This is a full-time, remote position—ideal for someone with experience in optometry, healthcare administration, or patient services, combined with strong call centre or customer support skills.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from patients and company enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Handle patient queries, schedule appointments, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Manage communications and support tickets using Freshdesk.
Collaborate with the team using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Slack.
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to provide a smooth patient experience.
Escalate urgent or complex matters to the appropriate tea
Support daily administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
Must be based in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Available to work UK business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Monday to Friday.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience in optometry, eye care, or healthcare administration preferred.
Call centre or patient support background required.
Confident using Freshdesk, Google Workspace, and Slack (training provided if needed).
Highly organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a positive, patient-focused attitude.
