We are a fast-growing DTC beauty brand built on performance, iteration, and creative excellence. Our growth is driven by testing — and creative is the biggest lever.
We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to own the strategy behind our paid media creatives. This role sits at the intersection of marketing psychology, data, and storytelling, working closely with Editors, Growth, and Media Buying teams to consistently produce winning ad concepts.
This is not a “brand deck” role — it’s about ideas that convert.
What you'll do:
Own the creative strategy for paid media across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
Develop ad angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks based on data, customer insights, and psychology
Research competitors, trends, and winning creatives to identify scalable opportunities
Write full creative briefs, hooks, scripts, and angles for Video Editors and UGC creators
Collaborate closely with Video Editors to guide execution and iteration
Analyze creative performance (CTR, hold rate, CPA, ROAS) and translate insights into new concepts
Systematize creative testing frameworks and scaling playbooks
Contribute to post-purchase, upsell, and retention creative strategy (AOV & LTV focused)
What were looking for:
2–6+ years of experience in creative strategy for DTC / eCommerce brands
Proven experience building performance-driven ad concepts that scale
Strong understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, and persuasion
Comfortable working closely with data (creative performance metrics, not just opinions)
Experience collaborating with editors, media buyers, and growth teams
Clear communicator who can turn insights into executable creative direction
Fast, iterative mindset — testing > perfection
