JOB OVERVIEW

BrightShift Solutions is hiring a full-time Social Media and Operations VA (40 hours per week).

This is a long-term position for someone who wants stability, structure, and growth inside a growing company.

Primary Responsibilities (Social Media Focus)

Edit short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using CapCut or similar tools

Create captions, hooks, titles, and post-ready versions

Schedule and publish content consistently

Track basic analytics and report weekly performance

Use AI tools (ChatGPT and similar) to improve content speed and quality

Social media execution is the main focus of this role.

Secondary Responsibilities (Operations & Executive Support)

To complete the full 40-hour work week, you will also support operational and administrative tasks across projects and company operations, including:

Organizing digital files across platforms such as SharePoint, Google Drive, and internal systems

Supporting an Operations Manager or company leadership with structured admin tasks

Executing checklist-based and SOP-driven workflows

Assisting with research, document preparation, spreadsheet updates, and general operational support as needed

You may support multiple internal projects or business divisions. All tasks will be structured and clearly assigned.

This is not random work. We operate using systems and clear instructions.

Requirements

Strong written English. Clear spoken English if calls are needed

Reliable internet connection capable of handling uploads and video work

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable working inside structured systems and following SOPs

Able to work full-time (40 hours per week) long-term

Comfortable using AI tools and learning new systems

Pay and Schedule

Pay: $5 to $6 USD per hour (we will not exceed $6/hour)
Schedule: 40 hours per week, long-term role

This position is for someone who wants stability and long-term growth, not short-term freelance work.
