JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
We're looking for someone to fully own and manage the founder's personal LinkedIn profile. The founder runs an automation agency serving e-commerce and logistics companies — so the content needs to reflect deep knowledge of AI, automation, and how businesses actually use these tools to grow. This isn't generic "5 tips for productivity" content. We need someone who understands the AI and automation space, follows the trends daily, and can turn that knowledge into scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts.

What You'll Do

Write and publish 4–5 LinkedIn posts per week in the founder's voice — a mix of insights, hot takes, case studies, and thought leadership around AI and automation
Stay on top of AI news and trends (new tools, use cases, industry shifts) and turn them into timely, relevant content
Engage daily on target prospects' and industry leaders' posts with thoughtful, value-adding comments — not generic fluff
Manage inbound DMs and send personalized outreach to potential clients and partners
Grow the founder's network strategically — connecting with e-commerce operators, logistics companies, agency owners, and tech decision-makers
Track key metrics weekly: follower growth, post impressions, engagement rate, DM response rate
Collaborate with the founder on content ideas — bring topics to the table, don't wait to be told what to write

Requirements

1+ year managing LinkedIn profiles (ghostwriting, personal branding, or agency experience)
Genuinely knowledgeable about AI and automation — you follow this space because you're interested, not because it's a job requirement
Can write in a natural, conversational, opinionated tone — not corporate, not ChatGPT-sounding
Understands the LinkedIn algorithm — what gets reach, what gets engagement, what gets ignored
Proactive and self-managing — you plan the content calendar, not the founder
Strong written English with the ability to match someone else's voice
Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, n8n, Make, etc.) — bonus if you actually use them
