* Build long-term brand relationships (not one-off buys)

* Develop direct relationships with retailers and brands
* Source liquidation opportunities, overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, and closeouts
* Receive exclusive inventory offers before they hit the open market
* Negotiate volume deals with maximum margin leverage
* Build recurring supply pipelines in the reverse logistics category
