JOB OVERVIEW

The Agency:

Leedia Creates is a U.S.-based boutique agency building visual authority for founders and entrepreneurs. Our style is "Quiet Luxury"—editorial, minimalist, and high-clarity. We don't follow trends; we engineer prestige.

The Role:

Part-time (20 hours/week). You are a creative partner responsible for the visual DNA of our flagship projects. You will work directly under the Creative Director and collaborate with our Ops Manager/SMM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cinematic Editing: Turn High-End 4K footage into editorial short-form and long-form assets. Master of pacing, silence, and cinematic color grading.
• Graphic Design: Create refined social media graphics, carousels, and thumbnails that match a minimalist, high-end aesthetic.
• Creative Direction: Proactively tell the Director exactly what B-roll or specific shots are needed to make the final edit world-class.
• Reporting: Submit a weekly Friday report summarizing completed assets and the "Shot Request" list for the following week.

Required Skills:

• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and professional Design tools (Photoshop/Canva).
• Expert eye for Typography and Color Theory—knowing how to make a brand look "expensive."
• Proactive communicator who follows SOPs and thrives in a structured team.
