JOB OVERVIEW

Digital Operations & Technical Growth Manager
Part-Time | Remote

Availability Requirement
This role requires availability during standard Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours. Candidates must be available for real-time collaboration between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

We are looking for a technical operator who can sit between design, marketing, and development and ensure everything runs smoothly. This is not a junior assistant role. This is a systems-minded digital operator role.

Core Responsibilities
1. Website Operations & Publishing
· Publish and QA Framer sites built by our design team
· Implement on-page SEO best practices
· Manage redirects, domains, and DNS setup
· Maintain client websites including Framer and light Shopify updates
· Coordinate with external Shopify developers when needed

Note: You are not designing or building full sites from scratch. You are implementing, optimizing, and maintaining.
2. Technical SEO Implementation
· Implement technical SEO audits
· Optimize metadata, schema, and site structure
· Manage sitemap submissions and indexing
· Monitor Google Search Console performance
· Improve page speed and technical performance
· Execute internal linking strategy
3. CRO & Website Optimization
· Run monthly CRO reviews
· Analyze heatmaps and user behavior
· Recommend Shopify PDP optimizations
· Improve lead flow and conversion structure
· Identify UX friction and optimization opportunities
4. Internal Digital Infrastructure
· Manage client password vaults
· Maintain internal email accounts
· Manage domain renewals and hosting oversight
· Assist with Google Workspace setup
· Help organize and systematize digital workflows
5. Sitemapping & Web Planning
· Build sitemap structures for new websites
· Assist in wireframe planning focused on structure, not visual design
· Ensure SEO structure is embedded from the beginning
What We Are Looking For
· 3 to 7 years of digital marketing or web operations experience
· Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
· Experience with Shopify and Framer preferred
· Comfortable with DNS, redirects, indexing, and hosting concepts
· Agency experience preferred
· Systems thinker with strong attention to detail
· Able to work autonomously and proactively

Bonus Experience:
· Experience with Klaviyo
· Basic understanding of Shopify Liquid
· Experience using CRO tools and analytics platforms
Compensation Structure
Part-time retainer of 15 to 20 hours per week.
