JOB OVERVIEW

Flo Omni LLC is an AI automation agency based in Alabama. We are currently scoping a project to build a multi-tenant, enterprise-grade AI companion platform for a behavioral health and higher education consulting firm. The platform will serve universities, social work programs, and mental health organizations.

We are looking for an experienced compliance-focused technical architect to serve as our co-lead on this project. This is a fixed-fee contract engagement, not hourly.

What You'll Do:
Review our proposed system architecture and identify compliance gaps related to HIPAA and FERPA
Advise on infrastructure setup (AWS Bedrock, data isolation, encryption, audit logging)
Ensure the platfor ---------- ets ADA accessibility standards from an architectural standpoint
Produce a written compliance architecture document as a deliverable during our scoping phase
Remain available for technical Q&A during the Phase 1 build (60–90 days)
Review final build against compliance requirements before delivery

You Must Have:

Demonstrated experience building or auditing HIPAA-compliant SaaS or AI applications — please include reference projects in your proposal
Familiarity with FERPA requirements for educational platforms
Experience with AWS Bedrock, or equivalent HIPAA-eligible cloud infrastructure
Experience with multi-tenant application architecture and SSO/credential-based access systems
Strong written communication — you will be producing documentation, not just giving verbal advice

Nice to Have:

Experience with LMS integrations (Canvas, Blackboard)
Background in behavioral health or higher education technology
Familiarity with Anthropic Claude API

Project Scope & Fee:
This engagement covers two phases:

Scoping Phase (2–3 weeks): Architecture review, compliance documentation — Fixed fee: $800
Phase 1 Build Support (60–90 days): Ongoing advisory, build review, final compliance sign-off — Fixed fee: $4,000

Total fixed fee for full engagement: $4,800
