About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Female Digital Marketing Expert & Growth Strategist to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts end-to-end. This role requires both strategy and hands-on execution—from creatives and ad campaigns to automations and performance tracking.
You’ll be responsible for building scalable marketing systems, launching high-performing campaigns, and continuously improving our lead generation and conversion funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Growth - Develop and execute proven digital marketing strategies that drive leads, bookings, and revenue
2. Creatives & Content - Create high-converting graphics and short-form videos (social media ads, reels, promos, landing page creatives)
3. Ads Management (Paid Media) - Launch, manage, and optimize paid ads on Google, Meta
4. GoHighLevel (GHL) & Automations - Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows, funnels, pipelines, and automations
5. Copywriting & Conversion Optimization - Write high-converting ad copy, landing page copy,
6. Systems, Reporting & Optimization - Create Marketing performance reports and insights
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist / Strategist / Growth Marketer
2. Demonstrated success running paid ads with real results (leads, conversions, ROI)
3. Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Marketing automations & funnels, & running ads (Google, Meta, TikTok)
4. Skilled in graphic design and video creatives (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
5. Strong copywriting and conversion optimization skills
6. Data-driven and analytical mindset
7. Excellent English communication skills
8. Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
9. Professional work ethic and accountability
10. Able to work full-time and long-term (US time)
