Thinks in structure, dashboards, and frameworks
Loves budgets, tracking, and optimization
Overcommunicates clearly and professionally
Pushes projects forward without being told
Is extremely organized and detail-oriented
Writes clean, structured performance reports
Understands how to simplify complexity
Uses AI tools daily to increase efficiency
You must be comfortable operating across:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
TikTok Ads
Snapchat Ads
And you must understand how to:
Structure accounts cleanly
Allocate and reallocate budget based on performance
Simplify ad account chaos
Reduce waste
Scale winners logically
What Makes This Role Different
This is not a “launch ads and hope” job.
You will:
Build structured campaign frameworks
Create clear weekly reporting systems
Standardize naming conventions and tracking
Design clean ad spend architecture
Use AI for reporting, idea generation, and testing
Help simplify everything
We want someone who improves the machine — not just operates it.
Critical Skill (Non-Negotiable)
You must know how to:
Use AI tools effectively
Write strong prompts
Generate and iterate static ad creatives
Use tools like Nano Banana (or similar AI tools for static ads)
Systemize creative testing
If you are not comfortable using AI daily — this role is not for you.
Responsibilities
Full ad account management (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat)
Budget planning & structured scaling
Weekly performance reports (clear, structured, data-driven)
Creative testing frameworks
Static ad optimization (AI-assisted production workflows)
Funnel simplification
Performance analysis and cost control
Constant improvement of systems
What We Expect From You
Extreme attention to detail
Clear English communication
Proactive updates (we should never need to chase you)
Structured reporting
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER
Ability to explain performance clearly
Ability to say when something is not working
