KHE Academy Hair Weaving School is a licensed, hands-on training academy dedicated to developing the next generation of professional hair weaving specialists. We offer flexible, hybrid programs designed for aspiring beauty professionals ready to build real careers in the industry.
We are growing and looking for a results-driven marketing strategist who understands how to attract, engage, and convert students into enrollment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic marketing professional or agency to develop and execute campaigns that drive qualified student enrollment.
This is not a content-only role — we are looking for someone who can generate leads, increase conversions, and scale enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a student acquisition strategy
• Generate qualified leads through digital and local marketing efforts
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Create and oversee content strategy aligned with our brand (beauty + education)
• Build partnerships with beauty supply stores, influencers, and local businesses
• Improve conversion funnels (landing pages, DMs, booking links, etc.)
• Track and report performance metrics weekly
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in lead generation and conversion marketing
• Experience in beauty, education, or service-based industries preferred
• Strong understanding of social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok)
• Experience running paid ads with measurable ROI
• Ability to create and execute data-driven strategies
• Strong communication and reporting skills
Proposal Requirement (MANDATORY)
To be considered, all applicants must submit a custom marketing proposal outlining:
• Target audience strategy
• Lead generation plan
• Platform strategy (social media, ads, partnerships, etc.)

• KPI tracking (leads, cost per enrollment, conversions)
• Budget recommendations + expected ROI
• Relevant case studies or past results

Compensation
• Contract-based (hourly retainer and/or performance-based)
• Performance incentives available based on enrollment growth
