Kano Consultants provides consulting services to the electric power industry. We provide engineering assessments, design, construction/maintenance support, and data analytics for departments that include power generation, substation, transmission, and distribution.



Job Descriptions Summary:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role oversees content creation, community management, analytics, and social media campaigns across all major platforms.



Job Responsibilities:

• Running company social media advertising campaigns.
• Formulating high-quality novels and visual content for each social media campaign.
• Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
• Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
• Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
• Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
• Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
• Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
• Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.



Qualifications:

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, company, or agency.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video.
Experience using social media management and analytics tools
Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, best practices, and platform updates.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Basic understanding of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization is a plus.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
