We are a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand scaling aggressively through paid media and high-volume creative testing.
We are not looking for a cinematic YouTube editor.
We are looking for a performance-driven AI-native creative operator who understands that ads exist to convert — not to look pretty.

???? The Role
You will be responsible for producing high-converting UGC-style ad creatives daily using AI tools, based on structured creative briefs.
This is a performance role.
Your job is to take a creative brief and turn it into scroll-stopping, conversion-driven ad creatives that are ready to test.
???? What You’ll Be Doing
Producing 2–3 new core ad concepts per day
Creating 3 variations per concept (hooks, angles, visuals)
Total output: 6–9 finished creatives daily
Generating AI UGC-style content (HeyGen, Arcads, etc.)
Editing in CapCut, Premiere, or similar
Writing and testing hooks
Adding captions, pacing, b-roll, pattern interrupts
Iterating quickly based on feedback
Communicating daily to ensure deadlines are hit
You will receive:

Required Skills
Experience editing UGC-style ads for TikTok/Meta
Strong understanding of direct response marketing
Understanding of hooks, retention, and pacing
Comfortable using AI video generation tools
Ability to generate multiple variations efficiently
