Overview

We run a fast-growing digital education brand focused on helping creators monetize Twitter and digital products.

We are hiring a Student Success Operator who will study our system deeply and help mentor students inside our ---------- community.

This is NOT a basic VA role.

You will be required to fully understand our internal system before supporting clients.

Your Core Responsibility

You will become an internal operator of our system.

That means:

Study our complete training materials

Understand our monetization framework

Learn our content strategy process

Learn our offer positioning

Learn our backend systems

You must be able to:

Guide students through steps

Correct mistakes

Hold students accountable

Answer strategic questions using our framework

Ensure students implement correctly

You are not inventing strategies.

You are enforcing and guiding our existing system.

Role Breakdown
1?? Student Success & Mentorship Support

Support paying mentorship students daily

Answer system-related questions

Track progress

Follow up with inactive students

Identify when someone is stuck

Escalate important issues to founder

Protect brand reputation

You are responsible for keeping students moving forward.

2?? Community Management

Moderate ----------

Remove spam

Enforce rules

Maintain order

Encourage engagement

Keep channels structured

Training Phase (Important)

The first 2–3 weeks will be:

System study period

Reading + watching all internal material

Shadowing conversations

Answering test scenarios

Passing internal knowledge check

You must treat this like training for a real position.

We will test your understanding.

You must:

Have strong written English

Be able to learn complex systems

Think logically

Communicate clearly

Be calm under pressure

Handle frustrated clients professionally

Be highly organized

Have strong internet

Hours & Pay

$3–$5 per hour (starting)

15–20 hours per week

Performance bonuses available

Training period will be paid at standard hourly rate.
