JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a visual storyteller who understands that a great ad isn't just "pretty"—it’s a conversion machine? We are looking for a relentless, precision-oriented DTC Graphic Designer to join our creative engine.

We don't do "slow." We do high-quality, high-velocity testing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can churn out winning variations without breaking a sweat (or missing a detail), we want you.

The Mission
You will be responsible for executing 3–5 creative batches per day. We provide the high-level strategy, a preference ad/reference, and the copy via ClickUp. Your job is to take those ingredients and bake 4–5 high-performing variations and hooks for each.

What You’ll Be Doing
Rapid Batch Production: Designing 4–5 variations per concept, focusing on different visual hooks, layouts, and call-to-actions.

Whitelisting Design: Creating authentic, "native-feeling" ads specifically for whitelisted creator content.

AI Integration: Leveraging AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Magnific, etc.) to extend backgrounds, enhance image quality, or generate assets to speed up your workflow.

Tool Mastery: Working seamlessly between Figma (for layout/speed) and Photoshop (for high-end manipulation and grit).

Systematic Execution: Managing your workflow entirely within ClickUp, ensuring every sub-task is checked and every asset is exported correctly.

DTC Obsessed: You understand the nuances of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads. You know what a "scroll-stopper" actually looks like.

Speed & Precision: You can execute quickly without making sloppy mistakes. Alignment, font consistency, and brand guidelines are second nature to you.

Accountable & Reliable: You don't need a babysitter. You hit your daily batch targets, communicate clearly, and own your deadlines.

Future-Proof: You have experience using AI to optimize your design process and create higher-quality assets in less time.

Requirements
Proven experience designing Static Ads for DTC brands.

Specific experience creating Whitelisting/Creator-style ad layouts.

Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop.

Familiarity with AI design tools to enhance creative output.

Ability to handle a high volume of work (3–5 batches daily).
