## About Us
We are a fast-growing DTC nutraceutical company focused on women's health supplements. We've scaled from $0 to over seven figures per month in under a year, and we're just getting started. We're building a world-class remote team and need an Operations Manager who can own the machine that keeps everything running.
## Why This Role Is Critical
Our founder's highest-leverage work is creative strategy and growth. Right now, too much of his time is spent on operational firefighting—managing people, chasing supply chain updates, processing payments, and keeping systems running. This role exists to take full ownership of day-to-day operations so the business can scale without the founder being a bottleneck.
## What You'll Own
### Systems & SOPs
- Build, document, and maintain SOPs for every role and process in Notion
- Ensure every role has a clear playbook so new hires can onboard without tribal knowledge
- Audit and improve existing processes—identify bottlenecks and fix them
### People Management & Accountability
- Manage all tea
- Track and enforce KPIs on a weekly basis using job scorecards
- Run weekly team standups and 1:1 check-ins
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews
- Handle underperformance conversations and performance improvement plans
- Process contractor and team payments
### Hiring & Onboarding
- Manage the hiring pipeline when roles open: post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate assessments, schedule interviews
- Build and execute structured onboarding plans for every new hire
- Maintain and update job descriptions and scorecards for all roles
### Supply Chain & Fulfillment
- Own inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and reorder management
- Manage freight logistics and coordinate shipments (China ? US warehouses)
- Manage 3PL relationships—monitor SLAs, resolve issues, optimize costs
- Prevent stockouts and overstock situations through proactive forecasting
### Cost Visibility
- Track recurring business expenses (tools, subscriptions, vendors) and flag anomalies
- Deliver a monthly OPEX summary—where money is going and what looks off
## Requirements
- 2+ years in an operations or project management role in e-commerce or DTC
- Advanced Notion user (required)—you build systems in it, not just use it
- Actively uses AI tools daily to automate work, build systems, and solve problems
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
- Experience with supply chain: inventory management, 3PL coordination, freight, and demand forecasting
- Comfortable reading basic financials: OPEX tracking, vendor costs, budget vs. actual
- Has experience with hiring processes

- You're not comfortable managing people and having difficult conversations
- You don't actively use AI tools in your daily workflow
- You've never worked in e-commerce or DTC
- You've never built systems or SOPs from scratch
- You can't work autonomously across time zones
## Compensation & Perks
- $50,000–$70,000/year base
- Paid annual leave: 14 calendar days
