About the Role
We're looking for a professional, articulate phone appointment setter to follow up with US-based webinar attendees and book appointments for financial advisors.
This is a part-time role (15-20 hours/week) with the potential to grow into full-time as we scale. You'll be calling people who have already attended a webinar about retirement planning — these are warm leads, not cold calls.
Your job is simple: call attendees, confirm their interest, and schedule a one-on-one appointment with the advisor. You are NOT selling any products or giving financial advice.
Responsibilities
Call US-based webinar attendees using a provided dialer/phone system
Follow a proven call script to book appointments for financial advisors
Handle basic objections professionally (timing, interest level, scheduling)
Log all call outcomes and appointment details in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Send confirmation texts/emails to booked appointments
Provide daily call reports (calls made, contacts reached, appointments booked)
Coordinate with multiple advisor accounts as we scale
Requirements
Must-Have:
Clear, neutral English accent (you will be speaking with American retirees and pre-retirees)
Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing
Comfortable making 40-60+ calls per shift
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Headset with noise cancellation
Available to work US business hours (flexible on timezone overlap — we need at least 3-4 hours during US daytime: 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time)
Positive, professional phone presence
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in financial services, insurance, or B2C appointment setting
BPO / call center background
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM
Experience working with US-based clients
Work Schedule
Part-time: 15-20 hours per week
Work is concentrated around webinar dates (typically 1-2 webinars per month per advisor)
Heaviest call volume is the 3-5 days following each webinar
Must be available during US Central Time business hours
Compensation
Starting rate: $5-7/hour USD (based on experience)
Potential to $10+/hour
Potential to grow to full-time with a raise as we add more advisor accounts
Paid via direct bank transfer or Wise

40-60 calls per shift
15-25% contact rate
Booking 3-5 appointments per calling session
Professional, warm demeanor on every call
Accurate logging of all activity in CRM
