About Us

Burchette Homes is a growing husband-and-wife real estate team based in Virginia Beach, Virginia (USA). We help homeowners sell their homes through both cash offers and full retail listings.

We are building a strong outbound lead generation system and are looking for a motivated and reliable appointment setter to join our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced outbound caller to contact homeowners in the United States and set qualified listing appointments.

This role is focused strictly on outbound calling and appointment setting — you will not be responsible for closing sales.

We are looking for someone confident, resilient, and comfortable handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners (cold and warm leads)
• Follow provided call script and framework
• Handle common objections professionally
• Identify motivated sellers
• Set qualified listing appointments
• Update CRM with detailed call notes
• Track daily call numbers and performance
• Submit a daily activity summary

Compensation

Compensation: $4–$6 USD per hour depending on experience, plus performance bonuses for qualified appointments.
Paid in Philippine Peso equivalent based on the current exchange rate at time of payment.

Performance bonuses available for qualified appointments.

Work Schedule

• 4–8 hours per day
• Monday–Friday
• Must be available during US Eastern Time business hours

Requirements

• Strong, clear English speaking skills
• Previous outbound cold calling experience REQUIRED
• Real estate calling experience preferred
• Comfortable handling rejection
• Ability to make 150–250+ calls per day
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Noise-canceling headset
• Quiet professional workspace
• Familiar with CRM systems (a plus)

Accountability & Monitoring

This position requires time tracking and activity monitoring through Hubstaff.

Applicants must be comfortable with screen monitoring, time tracking, and productivity reporting during work hours.
